Software your website didn't come with.

An AI assistant trained on your business that answers customer questions at 11pm, quotes jobs, and books work. Plus the custom tools, portals, and integrations you thought you'd have to hire a developer for.

Live example

An assistant that actually knows the business

Generic chatbots frustrate people because they don't know anything. We train yours on your services, pricing, service area, hours, policies, and past quotes — then connect it to your calendar and CRM so it can do things, not just talk.

  • Answers questions from your real documents and pages
  • Qualifies leads and captures contact details automatically
  • Books appointments straight into your calendar
  • Hands off to a human the moment it should
  • Every conversation logged in your CRM and dashboard
  • Says "I'll get someone to confirm that" instead of inventing answers

Try the demo — it's a scripted preview of the flow, using an example contractor's business. Production assistants run on a live language model connected to your own content.

What we build

From a smart widget to a real application

Most clients start with the assistant, then add tools once they see what automation removes from their week.

AI customer assistant

Answers questions, captures leads, books jobs, and escalates to you. Trained on your content, guarded against making things up.

  • Retrieval-trained
  • Lead capture
  • Calendar booking
  • Human handoff

Instant quoting & estimators

Visitors answer a few questions and get a real price range on the spot. You get a qualified lead with the job details already filled in.

  • Pricing logic
  • Photo upload
  • PDF estimate

Client & customer portals

Logins where customers see project status, invoices, documents, and history — instead of emailing you for an update.

  • Secure auth
  • File sharing
  • Status tracking
  • Payments

Integrations & plumbing

Connecting the tools you already pay for so data stops being retyped: CRM, calendar, accounting, payments, e-signature, inventory, texting.

  • QuickBooks
  • Stripe
  • Jobber/ServiceTitan
  • Google Calendar
  • Twilio SMS

Internal dashboards & tools

The spreadsheet that runs your business, rebuilt as software your whole crew can use from a phone without breaking it.

  • Scheduling
  • Job costing
  • Crew apps
  • Reporting

Back-office automation

Quotes, invoices, review requests, follow-up sequences, and reporting that run themselves. The unglamorous work that buys back hours.

  • Workflow automation
  • Document generation
  • Alerts

Before any build

Paid discovery, credited back

Custom software quoted from a phone call is how projects go wrong. We run a paid discovery session first — $500 to $1,500 depending on complexity — and you walk away with a written scope, a wireframe, an integration map, and a fixed price.

If you proceed with the build, the discovery fee comes off the invoice. If you don't, the document is yours to take to any developer.

Book discovery
Discovery$500–1.5k credited

Scope, wireframes, integration map, fixed price.

BuildFixed price

50% to start, 50% on delivery. Milestones on larger builds.

Change requests$125/hr

Anything outside the signed scope, approved in writing first.

Supportfrom $150/mo

Hosting, monitoring, updates, and a response-time commitment.

  • Third-party costs — model usage, SMS, hosting — are passed through at cost and shown on your invoice
  • You own the code and the data; we hand over the repository on request
  • Nothing ships without a written scope both sides signed

FAQ

Fair questions about AI builds

Will the assistant make things up about my business?

That's the main risk, and it's a design decision. Yours answers only from your approved content, and when it doesn't have a confident answer it says so and offers to connect the visitor to a person. We review transcripts monthly and tighten the gaps.

Who pays for the AI usage?

You do, at cost, shown as a line item. For a typical small business site it's a few dollars to a few tens of dollars a month. Our fee covers building, hosting, monitoring, and improving it.

Can it book jobs, not just answer questions?

Yes. Booking, quoting, order status, and rescheduling are all doable once it's connected to your calendar and CRM. Actions that cost money — issuing refunds, confirming pricing exceptions — stay with a human by default.

What if my request is niche?

Bring it to discovery. If it isn't a good fit or an off-the-shelf tool does it better and cheaper, we'll say so and point you there. We'd rather lose a build than sell you software you don't need.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. Code, data, and accounts are yours. Support agreements are month-to-month after the first 90 days, and we document the build so another developer could pick it up.

Tell us what you wish the site could do

Describe the problem in plain language — "customers keep calling to ask the same three things", "I quote every job by hand", "my crew works off a spreadsheet". We'll tell you what it takes to fix it and what it costs, or that you don't need us.
